The work of the Quality Inspector helps to reduce failures and delays as we build displays, onboard computing, and communication solutions that make flying safer.

This position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. The work hours are 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (2nd shift). Training for this position will be held on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM).

How You Will Do It:

• Inspect circuit cards, electronic, and electro-mechanical components, per drawings, procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare and upload results of test and inspection.
• Utilize ERP system.
• Maintain organized work area.
• Perform other various types of inspection as required.

What We Look For:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be detail orientated and have strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to understand written work instructions and drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel).
• Must be able to use the microscope for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to successfully pass Astronautics one-week Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies training class.
• Excellent vision, ability to lift up to 35 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Electronics assembly experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant inspection experience.
