Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, paying invoices, accounts receivable, working with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. We are a faced paced catering operation with a team work environment and family first mentality.
Responsibilities General Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative manager
Pay and record invoices
Reconcile and monitor bank accounts
Quick books, Catering software, Microsoft office, Spreadsheets
Payroll; payroll taxes; W-2’s;1099’s
General ledger; posting; adjusting entries; end of month entries; end of year closing
Great phone manner
Insurance oversight and maintenance
Maintain official records, files, documents
Maintain and monitor records for insurance
Monitor and reconcile billings
Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order
Other duties include client interaction for social events
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
