  • Adhere to company, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations
  • Manage inventories and collaborate with the Supermarket team to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise, train, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure continuous improvement
  • Create a positive work environment for all team members
  • Remain informed on pharmacy industry developments and maintain professional competency
  • Build professional rapport with outside partners
  • Perform duties of Pharmacy Technician as required
