We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager Sales to join our growing sales organization at Intuit. With this important role, you'll be focused on growing and defending the Mid-Market segment of QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem and driving ecosystem adoption of the Quickbooks Online Platform. Your primary responsibility as a sales leader will be to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned measures of success through relationship management and consultative selling techniques. You'll build and lead a team of sales consultants, ensuring higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance. To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent sales acumen, leadership, and practice management skills to establish shared passion and goals, as well as experience working in unity with marketing and partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. You'll also need proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally, as well as strong hypothesizing and data-driven thinking skills.   • 10+ years of quota-carrying technology/solution sales for business
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales leadership/manager roles
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • Track record of developing breakthrough strategies and inspiring excellent execution through teams
  • Track record of boundaryless leadership in B2B software growth businesses
  • Hypothesis and data-driven thinking - experience successfully leveraging data to drive decision making
  • Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • History working in unity with marketing and partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Strong sales acumen, leadership, and practice management to drive upsell and cross-sell per customer
  • Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals
