- Collaborate with the intake team to analyze information about individuals and provide direct case management services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
- Prepare case presentations and collaborate on various reports regarding assigned inmates and residents.
- Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and prepare for inmates and residents' transition into the community.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience providing case management services, preferably in the criminal justice field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
