Perform administrative and certain clinical duties. Answers telephone calls. R esponsible for assisting Clinic Staff in providing care to patients. Performs patient intake, records, and updates medical history. Schedules patient appointments. Performing standard care procedures such as phlebotomy, obtaining ECGs, measure and record vital signs, and collecting lab samples. Must be detail oriented. Computer competency and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Or similar email platforms. Must have excellent time management. Office hours are from 05:45 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday and are available for an occasional weekend schedule. Participates in clinical floor activities on an ongoing basis with research staff to ensure adequate clinical support for trial activities. Assures timely completion of assigned work. Manages and reduces the risk of employee injury, environmental irresponsibility, and regulatory agency penalty due to employee non-compliance. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Clean and restock exam rooms.
