KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Data Entry Specialist: shipping invoice data entry w/ PDF Editor

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and ensure the integrity of our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) invoices.

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for validating and correcting data on 3PL invoices related to the shipping of products from the US to Canada. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of logistics and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate data on 3PL invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping agreements and contracts.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies and errors in invoices, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues or discrepancies found in the invoices.
  • Enter validated and corrected invoice data into the company's accounting and logistics systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoice data and corrections made.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to shipping costs, discrepancies, and invoice accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with 3PL providers to clarify invoice details and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for data handling and confidentiality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance invoice validation processes and reduce errors.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with 3PL and shipping processes, particularly between the US and Canada, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a PDF Editor
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation depends on experience but is typically $20-28/hr W2
