Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid Sales Specialist role. This position is responsible for merchandising, inventory, online sales, client services, marketing, and logistics. In-person work will take place at our Minneapolis location with flexibility for customer and vendor communications off-site. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and confident with the ability to facilitate creative ideas into sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience.
  • Sales and logistics experience in the vintage/antiques/home furnishings industries is a plus.
  • Creativity and experience with visual merchandising.
  • Experience with online marketing and digital platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, and Shopify.
  • An aptitude for customer service and logistical coordination.
  • Ability to be proactive, work independently, and shift gears accordingly.
  • A can-do attitude and aptitude that includes DIY skills and physical competence.
  • An automobile is a requirement of the job role.
