Job summary: The Front Desk Manager is the lead customer service contact person for all clients, guests, and prospects. They are essential in the day-to-day operations of the studio, as well as helping promote the renewals of current customers. The Front Desk is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone inquiries and text messages.

Culture: Part of the duties required of a Front Desk Associate is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. Everyone is expected to contribute. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and will contribute to the overall success of each location. This will help us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all our clients.

Essential duties and responsibilities: · Creates the First impression—smile and have fun

· Greets all clients and guests.

· Answers and directs all phone calls using TI script.

· Check and respond to all Voice Mail

· Fields customer complaints and concerns by noting on client accounts and alerting GM.

· Understand and communicate company policies regarding contracts, cancellations, and refunds.

· Calls and confirms all DEMOS 48 hrs. prior to appointment time.

· Vets all DEMOS

· Responsible for sending in requests for cleaning and supplies weekly and tracking delivery of said supplies.

· Completes all automated tasks that are assigned to the front desk manager through Club Ready

· Communicate any past dues to GM.

· Manage and communicate studio emails with GM.

· Ensure Front desk and lobby are clean and always organized.

· Generate the following reports for the GM: Renewals, Lost Sheep, 30/60/90 ROMs, daily 3 months emails sent to clients, update DPR daily.

· Follow up on all leads generated though marketing efforts and schedule for Demo.

· 50 contacts daily through Club Ready

· Send out all promotional correspondence with active clients and prospects.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· An understanding of operations

· Must be a team player

· Must be able to workdays, evenings and weekends as necessary.
