Behavior modification: assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies. Community integration/engagement: facilitate positive interaction of clients with community members at large. Provide assistance during meal times including: food preparation, feeding clients (solid and tube feeding) Provide personal hygiene to clients including changing briefs, assisting with toileting and personal grooming.
