Assembler/Fabricator Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and accurately assemble or modify custom offered products to the highest level of company standards.
  • Keep a clean, safe shop which includes wearing all required eye, ear and hand protection and following all company safety guidelines.
  • Use various power tools including but not limited to, Power Drill, Impact Driver, Angle grinder, Bench Grinder, Shop-Vac, Air compressor
  • Assist Fabrication & Assembly Manager with Inventory counts.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a warehouse environment. familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
  • One year experience using power tools preferred.
  • Ability to pass Forklift certification training.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 21-50 lbs. and infrequently lift 51-100 lbs.
  • Strong mathematical ability with common measurements and UOM conversions.
