Position Overview

As a Customer Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and developing insights to improve retention, identifying leading indicators of attrition, and supporting capacity and resource planning.

Primary Job Duties
  1. Conduct in-depth attrition analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of customer churn.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data from various sources, including CRM systems, surveys, and support tickets.
  3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including product managers, marketing teams, CSMs, and support teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  4. Work closely with Customer Success and Revenue Operations leadership to understand company growth plans, customer growth plans, and to develop and maintain a capacity plan analysis to optimize resource allocation for effective customer engagement.
  5. Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as segmentation and predictive modeling, to enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  6. Partner and collaborate with our Data Science team on hypothesis to test, additional data to include in models, and developing insights and action plans.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in customer intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience in conducting attrition analysis and developing insights to improve retention is highly desirable.
  • A strong passion for diving into details and improving processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a curiosity for exploring and implementing new ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into simple insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment across multiple functions, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, etc.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
