Schedule Weekly Hours:40 Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, salaried RN, Clinical Manager for our Hospital Float Pool, Central Staffing Office, and IV Therapy teams in La Crosse, WI. What you will do: Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services Ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations Manage and lead \90 RN and CNA staff in the Hospital Float Pool Provide leadership for supervisors of Central Staffing Office (with \ 11 staffers/schedulers as indirect reports) and IV Therapy (with \18 RNs as indirect reports) Collaborate with a strong and experienced team of Hospital Clinical Managers, Clinical Operations Directors, Hospital Operations Managers, and Professional Development Nurses.
