The Consultant position is a patient focused position with the opportunity for advancement to management. We are currently hiring consultants for our Grand Rapids and Grandville Clinics Benefits: Health/ Vision/ Dental/ Term Life/ 401K/ PTO Pay structure: $15/hr Base Salary + Sales Commission + Weekly Bonus Opportunity Training: Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center. In- clinic training will follow. Hotel accommodations provided. Duties and Responsibilities: Consult with prospective patients. Learn and understand their weight goals and habits and design one of MWLC's programs to meet their needs. Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of their program. Educate patients on various company products that will enhance their success. Assist clinic manager and staff with daily tasks for optimum clinic performance. Can work independently without directive. Qualifications: Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices. Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs. Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patients needs. Be goal oriented and motivational to help others achieve goals. Clinic hours of operation: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am -- 6:00 pm Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am -- 7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am -- 1:00 pm Must be available every other Saturday
