As a Senior Business Analyst at our client, you will serve as a thought partner to stakeholders by surfacing relevant information through their tools to empower data-driven decisions. This role will focus on building scalable data models to power high-impact front-end dashboards with strategic analysis. Working closely with leadership stakeholders across the organization, you will help lead the charge to surface critical data to end users and enable leadership to make fast, data-informed decisions. This position requires strong communication and development skills along with a demonstrated ability for independent curiosity and a commitment to excellence while working within a team.

You are a multi-talented, high-energy individual that will help create, coordinate and execute on our clients' strategic priorities across analytics, marketing, sales, and technology. You drive proactive data analysis to identify strategic levers and uncover opportunities to drive the our client forward.
What You'll Do
- Design, create, and continuously improve upon metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to help company stakeholders measure performance and make informed decisions.
- Closely collaborate with functional group leads throughout the reporting lifecycle, from initial scoping and requirement gathering to deployment of accurate and impactful dashboards.
- Deliver complex analyses and provide insights and recommendations to drive company performance by proactively making connections between our clients business areas and the various data produced
- Dive into and deeply understand new data sources and their underlying data libraries to transform, integrate, and make them accessible for self-directed analysis by stakeholders to answer business questions
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science role
- You have analytics experience focused on analyzing data centered around customer acquisition, SEO, lifetime value, personalization, and campaign impact analysis
- Proficient in SQL
- Deep statistics knowledge
- Experience building ETL/ELT processes in data pipelines
- Experience building and deploying data transform code using dbt (preferred)
- Experience using business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau preferred) to surface new data models and create measures on dashboards
- Experience delivering end-to-end on a project
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
