LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales and Customer Service Analyst to join their team in Aurora, IL. You will play a critical role in analyzing sales and customer service data to provide insights and to support decision-making processes. The Sales and Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for generating various reports, including KPIs from Service Data, Pricing, Market Sales vs. Forecasts, Market Share and competitor analysis, On-Time, Out of Stock, service & Sales related reports, Customer Trends, and Product Trends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical role with a strong emphasis on reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and customer service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service data, pricing, market sales, forecasts, market share, competitor analysis, on-time delivery, out of stock, customer trends, and product trends.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, charts, complex formulas, and graphs to present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and customer service performance.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytically driven role with a focus on reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, charts, complex formulas, and graphs.
  • Experience with Infor ERP and IFS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
