Job Description: As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and assisting them with their eyewear needs. You will also support the sales team in achieving their goals and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
    • Provide information about products and services.
  2. Sales:

    • Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.
    • Promote and upsell products to customers as needed.
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Bilingual Support:

    • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
    • Provide translation assistance as needed.
  4. Clerical Duties:

    • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain customer records.
    • Perform data entry and update customer information.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and copying
  5. Multitasking:

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
    • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  6. Attention to Detail:

    • Ensure accurate processing of orders and transactions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
