Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their own home. Ideal candidates will have experience with g-tubes to provide routine feedings, and perform daily personal care. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8 hour day shifts, and Saturdays as needed. The pay for this position is $27 an hour. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
