About the Role

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from adults to pediatrics, and provide care that is tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
