Our Inside Sales Team plays a critical role in West Shore Home's mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home As the first point of contact for our customers, you will initiate their journey by scheduling project consultations with our In-Home Sales Team.

Day In The Life:

  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to customers interested in the products West Shore Home has to offer
  • Schedule appointments for customers with our In-Home Sales Representatives
  • Meet daily with your team and leaders to discuss action items and KPI's
  • Earn bonuses based on the appointments you set
  • Be the face of West Shore Home and create happiness with our customers
Need to Know:
  • Schedule: M-F 1:30 PM-10:00 PM
  • Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site)
  • Pay: Starting at $17.75 -$18.75 per hour, with uncapped bonus potential
  • Benefits: PTO and UPTO, 401k plan with a company match, Multiple insurance benefit options (medical, dental, vision, accident, life, critical illness, and short- and long-term disability)
