**Job Title:** Diagnostician Role - Enhance Student Learning

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Diagnostician to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in identifying students' strengths and areas of need, determining eligibility for special education services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
• Analyze assessment data and provide recommendations for instructional strategies and accommodations tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Support students, families, and educators in understanding the assessment process and the implications of the findings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to enhance student learning and success.
