We are seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our team in delivering cutting edge cryptographic systems for warfighting operations. This role involves supporting the implementation of the next generation of cryptographic product security, transport, and accountability for key and data for high and medium assurance applications.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services and establishing security goals and standard operating procedures for monitoring infrastructure/security in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance domains.

Key responsibilities also include deployment and operation of systems, automation of operations/processes, maintenance of tools for deployment and monitoring, and troubleshooting and resolution of issues in development, test, and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator on medium to large projects.
  • Proficiency in VMware ESXi and experience with server hardware, network configuration, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of software patching, security practices, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and manage workloads within multiple projects.

Desired Qualifications (some subset of the following):

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator is desirable.
  • Knowledge of information assurance compliance and information security basics.
  • Experience with software release management practices, tools and automation.
  • Comfortable in an iterative environment, experience with Agile/Scrum based initiatives.
