Job Title: Quality Assurance EngineerJob Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who can effectively bridge the gap between the production and engineering teams. The primary role of this position is to ensure that parts meet quality standards while suggesting new processes to improve efficiency. You will also address any questions the production team may have regarding specific designs. Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on materials and finished products. Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects in a timely manner. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and findings. Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements. Assist in training staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices. Essential Skills Manufacturing engineering Quality assurance Process improvement Manufacturing process Continuous improvement Quality control Process engineering Experience working with the production team to ensure products and designs are made correctly Ability to bridge the gap between engineers and the production team Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hydraulics or ball valves Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) Work Environment Work in a very clean environment, collaborating closely with both the production floor and engineering teams to drive process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
