About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in software testing, automation, and continuous integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or equivalent software languages, as well as experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and TestNG. Additionally, they should be proficient in SQL and database management systems.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our engineering and business teams to define acceptance criteria, derive release testing requirements, and implement functional and regression test cases. They will also contribute to the QA automation strategy for our applications and participate in Agile methodologies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and complete functional and regression test cases/suites
- Develop minor application features in Java and/or Angular
- Contribute to the QA automation strategy for our applications
- Work collaboratively with engineering and business colleagues to help define acceptance criteria and derive release testing requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in software quality engineering
- Experience creating test automation solutions in tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium, TestNG
- Proficient in Java or equivalent software languages
- Good level of SQL and database knowledge
- Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, RESTful services
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
