We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our senior management team to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of our firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related activities to generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the business development process.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
