Information Management Assistant

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Information Management Assistant to provide support and other administrative tasks within the international department along with organizing and maintaining digital and physical records, files, and databases.

As an Information Management Assistant, you will
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Update databases and records according to guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information, and ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Retrieve and distribute information to various team members as needed
  • Create and maintain efficient filing systems, managing document retention and disposal, and assisting with data entry and analysis
  • Provide support for team projects and collaborate with colleagues to improve information management processes
  • Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities
  • Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units
  • Commission and decommission data sets.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1-year prior customer service experience
  • Associates degree or relevant work experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook and data search/entry
  • Be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional and concise written communication skills as well as good reading skills to fully comprehend customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with customers as well as other departments within the company
  • A highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Authorized to work in the United States
