Job Description:
- Work in a newly established 16-bed Observation unit for adult patient care.
- Provide care for observation patients and holds.
- Maintain a clinician-to-patient ratio of 4:1 or 5:1, depending on unit needs.
- Utilize Epic Asap and Clin Doc for electronic medical records and charting.
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule, which includes every other weekend (EOW) commitment.
- Be willing to float to different units as required.
- Deliver patient care with a focus on MED/SURG Telemetry.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
