Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist in Telemetry Observation Unit to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical support to patients in the Telemetry Observation Unit, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert medical support to patients in the Telemetry Observation Unit, including monitoring vital signs, conducting medical procedures, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Work closely with nursing staff to provide education and training on medical procedures and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a telemetry observation unit.
- Current ACLS certification and active MA RN License.
- Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the unit's staffing needs.
