Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst, you will be deeply involved in the documentation, evaluation, and development of the shipping and transportation information for Rally House. This position is engaged with multiple parties inside and outside of the company regarding all manner of shipments. Successful candidates will be able to adapt to frequent change and evolution as this department grows to match the demand of an expanding business. The goal of this role is to optimize visibility, reporting, and drive cost reduction inside the supply chain. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Management but supports each department in their specific transportation needs.

Responsibilities
-Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
-Create and analyze shipping reports and invoices.
-Setup and follow up on shipments to ensure proper execution and timely delivery
-Communicate to 3PL, distinct couriers, and major shipping companies.
-Troubleshoot and problem solve in real-time shipping issues.
-Participates with carrier vendors.
-Manage a dashboard with actionable tasks.
-Travel to local stores as needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge
Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, High aptitude for interpreting retail data and applying solutions as problems arise, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Superior communication skills both written and verbal, that communicate clear, effective messages

Qualifications

Qualifications

BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field; Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements; Intermediate to advanced understanding of logistics software; 2 years in operations/logistics, preferably retail; NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Standing/walking 50-100%.; Ability to lift 50 lbs.; Bending.; Climbing ladders.
