We are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst with a strong foundation in Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Commercial Applications to join our Commercial & Microenterprises team. The role focuses on defining, implementing, and supporting commercial strategies while ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution developers. This position offers an opportunity to work across systems integrations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS and Salesforce platforms, aligning with policies and strategic goals.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for operational improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for Oracle EBS and Salesforce system configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project scope, manage timelines, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Oracle EBS & Salesforce Configuration & Support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and support Oracle EBS (O2C, P2P) and Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Ensure smooth system deployments through thorough testing and validation of configurations.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to maximize Oracle EBS and Salesforce adoption.
MuleSoft Integration Analysis
  • Analyze system integration requirements between Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to design and document integration flows that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability during exchanges.
  • Monitor system performance and support resolution of integration-related challenges.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Leverage Oracle EBS and Salesforce data to perform in-depth analysis of trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve strategies, enhance profitability, and streamline business processes.
Process Improvement
  • Document and analyze existing processes and workflows for Oracle EBS and Salesforce systems.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Develop and promote the best practices for data management and governance.
What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a technology-related domain.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, project management, or a related area.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
  • Experience in project implementation from requirements gathering through design and testing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and cross-functionally
  • Completion of GE Appliances' DLDP program
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Salesforce analysis.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft Any point Platform, API concepts, and data exchange protocols.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database analysis.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of CRM, ERP systems, and their integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
  • Oracle EBS O2C Certification.
  • Salesforce Commerce Certification.
  • Practical experience in MuleSoft Integrations.
  • Experience with pricing software solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
