JOIN OUR TEAM:

Our mission is simple: we make journeys easier and more enjoyable for our customers. We want to lift their spirits by delivering little boosts along the way. We care about our people and our communities, and we look for ways to uplift people first. Wherever your journey's going, we can help you get there.

We are looking to significantly expand the team and our capabilities to meet the growth goals for membership. You'll be at the center of this transformation, working together with the team to build personalized communication to deepen engagement, grow share of wallet and build brand loyalty.

OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a customer-centric, data-grounded individual who is passionate about loyalty/membership strategy, digging into data to tell a story, and paying attention to detail. While it helps to understand our industry, what we really care about is that you have an unending curiosity for customer behavior, the skill to translate data from various sources into actionable insights, and, most importantly, a can-do attitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done. We strive to make our members feel valued and recognized every day in their way. We're looking for a creative thinker who takes a strategic approach to identify opportunity, uses data to drive decisions, manages projects methodologically, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.

We want to talk to you if:

  • You are an expert at pulling insights from data and identifying trends across various sources/types, hypothesizing on plans/activities you can create to influence consumer behavior and execute the plans/activities to deliver strong financial results.
  • You are a "doer" and thrive in making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You are detailed-oriented and derive excitement from planning and executing plans flawlessly. You are adept at developing project plans and timelines and collaborating with a large team.
Our ideal candidate would be:
  • Critical Thinker & Problem Solver - you have strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset. You are naturally curious and always keep asking why. You look for data to explain what you see, support what you know and identify what you don't.
  • Person of Action - you are the quintessential go-getter; you know how to navigate the organization to get things done. You are a driven individual who wants to work on transformational projects and make an impact. You excel in making a plan and being detail-oriented. Executing a plan to perfection gets you excited about your job each and every day.
  • Proven collaborator - able to get things done without formal authority; working across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to build best-in-class programs at a large-scale company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pull data and synthesize; derive insights from dashboards; effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations; use test-and-learn methodologies to continually improve the customer experience and program; and use a curious mindset to continually look in the data for opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the CRM & Personalization team to build a test-and-learn plan grounded in insights and learning. Regularly track and report the test-and-learn results and share with appropriate stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay organized through the use of project management tools; create necessary documentation/presentations to provide visibility to the process and share results.
  • Synthesize data requests from internal and external partners into a structured data plan and provide guidance on requests based on data mindset and current data capabilities; input data request forms on behalf of team; work closely with data teams to track requests, prioritization and timeline and to create self-serve resources for partners; maintain working relationship with data team.
  • Manage day-to-day contacts across internal and external partners to coordinate, evaluate and monitor program health and performance.
  • Regularly monitor and share industry trends, competitive programs, and best practices. Prepare and schedule regular team briefings on latest trends, competitive activities, consumer, and cultural trends that may be relevant to our members and future work.
  • Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working.
