Observes, reviews, and executes processes to provide recommendations on inefficiencies and areas where improvements can be made. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Assist with the overall operations of the department including project scheduling, resource planning, deadline management, and team support. Other projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration or related field required. 5+ years' experience within a tax operations or tax client services role Experience within a public accounting firm Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonst ated poise, tact and diplomacy. Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize and reprioritize as necessary.
