Salary Information

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Tax to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) Audit Team. In this role, you will represent Comcast in SALT audit matters with government agencies, preparing responses for document requests, analyzing data, and driving process improvements. You will possess knowledge of company tax and tax law, with the ability to lead state and local tax audit matters with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze information requests from government agencies during the course of tax audits.
- Participate in the development of tax audit plans and strategies.
- Conduct internal audits relating to tax matters.
- Contribute to process improvement through automation and technology implementation.
- Ensure that records, returns, and related reports comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in tax law and auditing, with excellent analytical and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, while a professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
