Summary of position:
The Enrollment Specialist assists in 1.) Enrolling children in Pre-K Counts; 2.) Organizing and facilitating parent involvement activities; and 3.) Maintaining the records required by the Pre-K Counts grant.

Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):
  • Assist with enrollment of children into the program.
    1. Conduct recruitment activities to generate applications.
    2. Maintain enrollment, as required by the Grant.
    3. Conduct intake meetings with parents.
    4. Asist in entering enrollment information in program databases and systems.
    5. Maintain and update enrollment forms and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Possess current Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to provide own transportation.
  • Prior experience and/or training in social service.
  • Ability to work with and relate to preschool age children and families of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet needs of the program.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and neat records.
Schedule:
Full-time, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 12 months/year

Salary:
$18.14/hour - Entry rate
$24.24 - Range Maximum
