Landscape Sales Account Manager - Charleston Grounds Management

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Sales Account Manager to join our team in North Charleston, SC. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts with a production manager, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Generate leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly.
- Oversee commercial landscape maintenance, including mowing, blowing, pruning, edging, and line trimming.
- Identify and manage common turf types, shrubs, trees, annuals, perennials, weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Plan and install plants, flowers, drainage, and other commercial enhancement work.
- Price commercial enhancements such as drainage, lighting, irrigation, tree work, and flower bed design.
- Manage a portfolio worth $1-2.5 million and achieve sales goals.
- Utilize CRM software, landscape bidding software and Microsoft 365 proficiently.
- Ensure all tasks and projects meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of commercial Landscape Account Manager experience.
- 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record managing a $1-2 million portfolio.
- Strong customer satisfaction and account management skills.
- Experience in lead generation and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Background check and drug test required.
- Knowledge of irrigation, drainage, and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
