Description
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Job Summary and Qualifications
- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of operating rooms
- Provide instrumentation for surgical procedures
- Participate in the care and cleaning of operating room equipment
- Perform patient care within the scope of training
Experience: Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited education program for Surgical Technology
- Hold and maintain a current Surgical Technologist certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as per policy
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
