Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Executive Assistant in El Segundo, CA to join our team and perform a variety of administrative, organizational and managerial duties including technical support, training support, security support, and HR support to ensure optimal functionality, knowledge transfer, system security, and effective resource management across all platforms and organizations
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as administrative assistant
- Serve as a personal assistant to the director
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage the executive's calendar and correspondence
- Perform bookkeeping tasks
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Perform clerical duties
- Order products and maintain inventory
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (GED) is required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional appearance, conduct and work-ethics
- Active Secret clearance
