Job Summary and QualificationsThe Anesthesia Tech is responsible to support patient care activities and directly assist Anesthesia personnel as directed.
You will assist with room set up, stocking supplies, assisting with patient positioning, cleaning scopes and assembling supplies or equipment for each procedure.
You will also trouble-shoot equipment and any other activity to increase productivity in the department.
Consider age-related factors in care of patients ranging from infants to geriatrics and applies the knowledge appropriately in accordance with standards and departmental policies and procedures.
What qualifications you will need:One year' experience as an Anesthesia Tech required.
Ability to maintain a mature, professional manner and demonstrate sound judgement when dealing with physicians, clinical staff, patients and families, plus all other hospital personnel.
Computer experience preferred.
BLS required.
