With 50 years of experience in supporting mental health in Hawaii, MHK invites you to join our family of dedicated and compassionate professionals, all working towards the well-being of the individuals we serve. At MHK, our mission is to deliver exceptional care and recovery support to some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community.
As a valuable team member, you will deliver direct residential services that uphold dignity and respect, establish a safe and trustworthy environment, and encourage healthy relationships among staff and the community through leading by example. Collaborate with a diverse team of behavioral health experts in an inclusive setting, complete with extensive training and opportunities for growth. Your role will involve contributing to the recovery strategies of those in our care, monitoring and reporting on behavioral health needs, and fostering meaningful connections.
