Macon R-1 School District is looking to fill two (2) Special Education Paraprofessionals for the 2024-2025 school year.

As part of our team, you will:

This is a full-time position working with students with disabilities. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Collaborate and work with the Special Education teachers to best serve our students.
    • Follow the students' education plans as prepared by the special education teacher.
  • Monitor student progress, and participates in review and revision of IEP, as appropriate.
  • Maintain appropriate student data and other records as required by the special education teacher.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Employment will be contingent upon a satisfactory background check and fingerprint check by the Missouri State Highway Patrol
