Interim Department Manager, Lab needed in a Maryland Health System
The Position
- Shift is 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
- The Interim Department Manager will assume all regular managerial duties while providing clear direction and oversight for department staff.
- Hands-on, bench work may be required.
- Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- ASCP Generalist required.
- Minimum four years experience in high-complexity testing and three years of leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Compensation Range: Up to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments
