Workforce Scheduling Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst conducts quantitative analysis and reporting affecting any financial data within the enterprise. The analyst performs various analyses, including but not limited to cost/benefit analysis, long term forecasting, cost trending and root cause analysis, variance analysis, human capital analysis, cost reduction, profitability analysis, analysis of financial statements, claims and premium analysis and other strategic planning initiatives. Requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' financial analysis, accounting, data analysis and/or auditing experience with a complex system technology. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum one (1) years' experience.

Statistical knowledge.
