Description:

~Employee will be at the forefront of the technical operations, responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients' IT systems. Experience in delivering superior IT solutions is necessary.

~One would be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure; proactive monitoring and problem resolution; configure, implement, and support hardware and software solutions including servers, virtualization, cloud services, and network equipment.

~Collaborate with clients to assess IT needs, recommend improvements, and execute technology projects.

~Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime.

~Document system configurations, changes, and support activities in a clear and organized manner.

~Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

~Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

**Two or more years experience in IT Environment (Helpdesk, Internal IT, etc), Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Specialist or similar role, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems, Proficiency with virtualization Technolgies (VMware, Hyper-V), Familiarity with network infrastructure, firewalls, and security best practices, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong communication and customer skills, Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.

**Must complete Criteria Corp Assessments and provide 3 Professional References and a copy of a Valid Driver's License, prior to resume being forwarded to our client.

Work hours: Mon--Fri. 8:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m. w/ 1 hour lunch. Dress is Uniform Shirt and Khakis. Pay is D.O.E.
