This role involves troubleshooting, providing technical support, and facilitating smooth operation of proprietary warehouse systems and client interactions. This position can be fully remote in the Central Time Zone. Key Responsibilities Act as a conduit between the client and our Kenosha warehouse to prepare for upcoming client deliverables. Ensure clear and effective communication between the client , their suppliers, and HH Global warehouse to facilitate smooth operations and accurate and efficient order processing and fulfillment. Coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse and address any logistical concerns. Work closely with the warehouse team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) that could impact the client. Pull and provide all warehousing reports for the client, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and system updates. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to both clients and internal teams.
