Infrastructure Engineer BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer Job for an opportunity in Jersey City, NJ. Position Title: Infrastructure Engineer Location: Jersey City, NJ Anticipated Start Date: December 25th Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration: 5+ months Contract (with possibility of conversion) Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Pay Range: $55/hr - $57.14/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: VRO Automation VMWare Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows using VMware vRealize Orchestrator (VRO) to automate infrastructure processes and deliver scalable solutions. Build and integrate custom automation solutions with VMware environments using vSphere APIs, ensuring seamless interaction between automated workflows and virtualized infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering teams to architect automation frameworks, ensuring modularity, reusability, and efficient deployment in large-scale VMware setups. Leverage Python for developing scripts that enhance automation capabilities, extend VRO workflows, and integrate with external systems or services to improve development efficiency.
