A Industry leading Real Estate company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team This role includes a large range of duties

including but not limited to invoice processing, processing payments, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, p roviding timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items, and much more

Description:

  • Taking data from bills/ and entering them into spreadsheets

  • Excel knowledge and experience

  • Data knowledge and experience

  • Ability to read utility websites

  • Read/understands utility bills

  • Credit and a rebill, the bill might be too high and need to question why?

  • Common area bills

  • Data entry, sara handles the formatting

  • Knows how to navigate

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of data entry/billing experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
