A brand-new ASC in Olympia is looking for a part-time Surgical Technologist. Full range of duties that include everything from surgical assist/scrub tech, the handling and administration of pre and post operative environmental safety and infection controls, to adherence and maintenance of compliance protocols.

We are building a team of surgical excellence and looking for like-minded people to be a part of our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Decontamination
Assembly
Inspection
Packaging
Sterilization
Storage and distribution of reusable instruments and equipment for surgical procedures
Cleaning, packaging, and re-processing of reusable surgical equipment, instrumentation, and scopes per manufacturers guidelines
Maintain inventory and storage of processed supplies
Maintain patient, employee, and clinic confidentiality

REQUIRMENTS & PREFERENCES

Active Surgical Technologist Registration in the State of Washington

CPR and BLS Certification

Minimum of one year of instrumentation experience in ASC or OR

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift 25 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

PAY: DOE

SCHEDULE:
1 day a week with no weekends or evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
