• Lead and facilitate the agile development process and help teams continue to evolve their approach and reach their goals

• Facilitate the removal of roadblocks and obstacles for the team and insure transparency around risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive team iteration execution, communicate with leadership and stakeholders, and protect the team from scope creep. • Work with teams to conduct effective retrospectives with actionable improvement items.
• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA) to support estimates and execution.
• Develop, maintain, and present high-level project and team metrics to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 years project management experience with at least 3 years of experience managing projects in an agile environment required
  • Passionate commitment to delivering products on time required
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills; demonstrated experience summarizing technical efforts and how they align to business outcomes required
  • Deep understanding of agile management practices and the use of metrics (sprint burndown/burnup, velocity, cycle time, etc.)
