What You'll Do:
  • Manage key accounts by sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to our biggest clients.
  • Conduct 6-8 video interviews daily via Zoom, focusing on nurse practitioners and other clinical roles.
  • Dive deep into research to understand the roles you're recruiting for.
  • Keep the communication flowing-stay in touch with clients and candidates consistently.
  • Hit your KPIs and get rewarded for surpassing them.
What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years in clinical recruitment-you've recruited Nurse Practitioners, RNs, PTs, OTs, or Physicians.
  • Fluent English-clear and concise, both spoken and written.
  • High-energy attitude-bring enthusiasm to every interaction.
  • Tech-savvy-you're comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed SmartSourcing.
  • Detail-oriented-you don't miss a beat.
  • Flexible schedule-work from 8am - 5pm EST or 7am - 4pm PST with high-speed internet and a laptop.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners in the U.S.
  • Background in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or have startup experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish or experience recruiting non-clinical roles.
Compensation:
  • $4,000 - $5,000/month base pay plus placement bonuses.
