Location: The Pointe Brodie Creek, West Little Rock, AR

Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking to join a luxury apartment community? The Pointe Brodie Creek is seeking a full-time maintenance technician with expertise in general maintenance, appliance/equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on general maintenance work, including appliance/equipment repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry.
  • Rotate in an on-call capacity to support our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
  • Maintain knowledge and skills in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and other aspects of apartment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
  • Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
  • Availability to rotate in an on-call capacity.
